4.Casting of Mould

The mould is heated with firewood in an oven till it appears bright glow. In a furnace, coal is mixed with small pieces of wood. A crucible filled with metal (copper/ bronze/brass) is heated. The tip of iron rod is dipped into the crucible and is stirred easily like spoon stirring into the water when the metal is fully melted. The molten metal is poured into the opening of mould with great tongs and the sculpture casts. It is cooled down and all the baked clay coverings are removed. A beautiful sculpture is emerged on the earth.
