The first step is to make a wax original model by hand with help of modeling tools. It appears an original one, capturing the smallest of details as the artist desires. The original one is cut into pieces. A liquid rubber or mixture of clay and cotton is encased these pieces and once set, is carefully cut /removed to form a negative or Replica Die .The clay mold needs to bake. The negative is painted with oil and heated flat wax is pressed on it to form replica.  Replicas are jointed together with help of molten wax by wielding. Finally, it forms a sculpture alike original one. A rod channel is kept to make exit for the wax and entrance for molten metal. Each hollow wax sculpture is painted with the mixture of soft clay and dung and is kept hanging for air dry......
